• Develop a better understanding of healthcare through active engagement with like-minded peers and professionals
• Understand that healthcare goes far beyond the scope of what they imagined
• Appreciate that healthcare is a "team" effort and learn to understand and respect health care careers beyond the future role a student is interested in.
